Family Transition HQ uses account and move-planning information to provide the Family Transition HQ service.

Information we collect

Account details such as name and email; move-planning details you enter; family invitation details; tasks, belongings, facility-comparison notes, and basic technical/security logs; and payment confirmation metadata from our checkout provider.

How we use information

We use information to operate your account, generate and save your plan, provide family collaboration, secure the service, send account emails, process access after payment, and support deletion requests.

Sensitive information

Family Transition HQ is an organizational tool. Do not upload medical records, government ID images, financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive records into free-text notes. Family Transition HQ does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Service providers

We may use hosting, email-delivery, backup, and payment providers solely to operate the service. Payment card data is handled by the checkout provider and is not stored by Family Transition HQ.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, or payment records. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Payment records may need to be retained where required by law or the payment provider.
