What Family Transition HQ is

Family Transition HQ is an organizational and planning tool for coordinating a transition into senior living. It is not a medical, legal, financial, clinical, or facility-selection service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking facility requirements, contracts, dates, costs, and professional advice appropriate to your situation. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for time-sensitive or safety-critical decisions.

Accounts and family invitations

You are responsible for your login credentials. Move owners control invitations to their move workspace. Invited family members must use the email address to which the invitation was sent.

Payments

Paid access, when enabled, is processed by the checkout provider. Pricing and any applicable refund terms are shown at checkout or at the point of purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use Family Transition HQ to store credentials, full medical records, or highly sensitive identity and banking documents.

Availability

We work to keep Family Transition HQ available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Backups and recovery processes reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
